About the Role

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to help plan and deliver engaging events, promotional activities, and brand experiences. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating details, working with people, and contributing to successful events.

Previous event coordination experience is not required. Training and team support will help you develop practical skills in planning, organization, and event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating events and promotional activities.

  • Help organize event schedules, materials, supplies, and setup requirements.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure preparations are completed on time.

  • Assist with setting up event spaces, displays, and promotional materials.

  • Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities.

  • Help maintain organized and professional event environments.

  • Support event operations and assist with resolving routine issues.

  • Coordinate event breakdown and organize materials after activities conclude.

  • Gather feedback and share ideas for improving future events.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple assigned tasks.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
